Noah's Playmates
Here are a few pics of some of Noah's playmates who he spends many lunches with running around and having fun. Noah has a really great group of friends and really enjoys the time he spends with each of them.
Noah's 1st Eye and Dentist Visits Dec 2009
Noah had his 1st eye and dentist appointments when we were home for the month of December 2009. I was pretty sure Noah would do just fine at both appointments. He really enjoys his visits to his pediatrician Dr. Contini, but you never know. Luckily Noah did great at both and the staff commented on how brave he was and friendly. I was pretty sure that Noah would tell the dentist, "No touch, Dr. said". He still remembers what the ER Doc told him when he split his lip and tells us this every time we come near his lip. It's so funny what Noah remembers from events in his short 2 and a half years but he really has a great memory. When they say their little brains are like sponges they weren't kidding.

ER Visit Feb 26, 2010
So we had an eventful evening on Friday. John and I had to do some banking @ B of A and waited about 30 minutes to see someone about our account in question. Noah did very well entertaining himself and made it known that he was present in the bank. Thankfully it was not too busy and he didn't drive anyone crazy besides us. When we finally sat down to discuss our account Noah decided to climb up on a chair and sit down, except the sitting part didn't last very long. As Noah was trying to get off of the chair he somehow missed his landing and went falling forward and SMACK right up against the desk that we were seated at. He let out the standard screaming, and then the blood came. At first I was sure he broke his nose and then we realized where the blood was coming from. Noah actually split his lip open about an inch. Of course I was horrified because after getting a good look at his lip I knew he needed stitches. Luckily he calmed down pretty quickly and we were actually able to quickly finish what we came to do at the bank. Everyone was very nice and helpful and Noah even got an otter pop out of the bank manager. We quickly rushed him to the ER and was prepared for a long wait like most ER visit are. It only took about 30 to 40 minutes to be called back (!) for the dreaded stitching to begin. John stayed with Noah while I paid the bill, I just couldn't handle seeing them stick Noah and sew him up. Noah let out a cry of course when they numbed the area but calmed down nicely and let the Doc give him a total of 3 stitches. After the procedure was completed Noah was back to his happy-go-lucky self. He even thanked everyone in the ER and said GOOD BYE!!!! I'm crossing my fingers we don't have many more visit to the ER, but with a rough and tumble little guy I'm sure they are in store. Let's pray they're as easy as this one...
Happy 2010!!!!!
We spent New Year's Eve with our extended family @ The Rocha Casa in San Jose. We had a great time with family welcoming in the New Year. Noah enjoyed playing with is cousins and dancing around. We truly are blessed to have some many we love and cherish the time we spend with each and everyone of them. Hopefully there will be many more years of celebration with those we love. Happy New Year!!!!!

Snow !!!!!!! Jan 21, 2010
We had a very cold day back in January and received a good amount of snow. It was very pretty to look at from the warmth of our house. Decide to take Noah outside in it and he liked it for a few minutes until he took a ball of it in his hands. His response was, "Mommy this is cold".

Halloween Fun 2009
It seems like I've not updated our blog in such a long time. Summer came and went and the holidays are quickly approaching. We were busy during the month of October, with a visit to Disnelyand, apple and pumpkin picking and a visit from Nana and Papa for Halloween. Here are some pics. from our adventures.
